What we do ~ Sunset Catering
Outdoor weddings are always so beautiful but with our Western Washington weather the door of outdoor wedding possibilities is quite limited. Sun streaming through the large windows in Spring creates a beautiful ambiance as well. Sunset Catering and their staff works hard to make the dinner buffets look very inviting.

Summertime Catering

Desserts~The more the better!
This was one of the first weddings that I catered on my own. Well not really on my own. I had several wonderful helpers of course! This was the dessert selection. We have since learned more about display and presentation but the dessert minis were enjoyed just the same.
Above is pictured the Mini Almond Tarts, Mini Eclairs, Mini Vanilla Pastry Slices, Mocha Tartlets, Naniamo Bars, Lemon Mousse Mini Butterfly Cakes and the Strawberry Meringue Kisses.
This dessert buffet presentation is a more recent one. We are learning all the time! :)
